Over the last two years, the India mobile industry has radically consolidated. Vodafone and Airtel, the market leaders, have gotten even bigger, while Idea Cellular has been absorbed by Vodafone and Reliance Jio has emerged as the price leader. Smaller providers have been driven out of the market.
