AT&T to Boost LTE Speeds to 400 Mbps, Then to 1 Gbps in Indianapolis, Austin

AT&T plans to boost mobile network speeds in Austin and Indianapolis to about 400 Mbps initially, with expectations speeds will be  boosted to about 1 Gbps sometime in 2017, using carrier aggregation and bonding techniques such as LTE-License Assisted Access (LAA),
